These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating website (the "Site") and the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services we provide in San Diego, CA and the surrounding San Diego County area. By using this Site, submitting a form, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request service.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating. We may update them from time to time; the version posted here with the "Last updated" date above governs your use. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Services and Estimates

We provide residential and light-commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change once work begins and on-site conditions are fully assessed. We will communicate any material change in scope or price before proceeding. Scheduling a service request does not by itself create an obligation to perform work until the scope and price are confirmed.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and Payment

We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows; arrival times are estimates and may be affected by prior jobs, weather, or emergencies. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible by contacting us. Payment is due as described in your service agreement or invoice. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on this Site; payment and financing are handled through the secure, hosted systems of our third-party providers, whose terms apply to those transactions.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Equipment we install is covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, and our workmanship is backed per the terms provided with your service agreement. Warranty coverage may require documented routine maintenance. Except as expressly stated in a written service agreement, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content on this Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional advice for your specific system.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
