Thankful to Mike Pachko and Eugene Tovbin for the installation of my house’s new HVAC system. Pretty reasonable with estimates. On the day of, they called me telling me that they were coming, arrived by 8:30 am, and stayed till almost 7 pm, cleaning up all construction. I got to hear their stories, their friendship being neighbors in the past, and their family, and got to learn about what they were doing. They were professional, down-to-earth guys, and transparent about what they were doing since the beginning of the job. Also, getting an appointment with Ida was really fast, great customer service all around. Would really recommend their service.
