Mike is THE BEST. Our AC broke on a very hot East County day and we were in a pinch to find someone to fix it quickly! Mike personally came to the house to check it out within two hours of contacting their office and immediately diagnosed the issue and got the ball rolling to get it replaced and fixed that day. You can’t ask for better service!

My old AC system was about 25 years old. It ran non-stop and barely was able to keep my home cool during hot days. So, I knew I need to replace it before the summer. One of my friends recommended Comfort Air. His AC unit was replaced by the Comfort Air guys and he was satisfied with the services they provided. So, I called and talked to Mike. We set up an appointment to check out my system. He was right on time. Mike quoted a price that I felt is a good deal. Gene came the next morning and finished the job by 3 pm. Wow! No hassle for me. How cool is that? Overall, I’m very pleased with Comfort Air. Highly recommend!!! A+++

What a difference. The first company came out, charged $100 service call, and quoted $1500 for a leak check and $1800 for repair/recharge which I declined. Mike from Comfort Air came and checked the system, said the refrigerant was low by a few pounds, and recharged it for $395. Mike said, “If there’s a leak it’s slow but will get worse over time”. Meanwhile, we’re cool during the heatwave and we’ll see how bad the leak is. So far a few pounds over 9 years ain’t so bad 😉

After extensive research and taking bids from a number of highly recommended companies, we decided to go with Comfort AC and Heating because they were the most thorough, the most responsive, and the bid was exactly what we expected and had budgeted for. We didn’t go with the cheapest bid, because it left out many things – we knew that we would end up paying more in the end OR being unhappy because it wasn’t as thorough as it should have been. After installation, we are certain we made a great decision! Comfort AC came early and stayed late to finish the job in one day, which was absolutely astonishing and a testament to the level of skill these guys have from years of experience. We got an entirely new AC system installed as well as a mini-split. Warranties and guarantees are the best in the business, and the workmanship quality was top-notch. We have nothing but praise for the job that was done. Best of all, every single thing that they promised, they delivered – faster and better than expected. We are ready for the summer heat! Highly recommend!

This company offered the best price of all the places got quotes from. I was able to get scheduled quickly and early evening though it’s the middle of summer. The team was on time, worked fast, and professionally, followed proper safety precautions for Covid, and was able to answer all of my questions. Plus they have experience working on homes in my neighborhood. A big thank you to the team and company for making this process easy and cost-efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone.
