Comfort Air came out twice, first to diagnose and then to repair our whole house heating system. I chose them out of the few companies I got in touch with because their receptionist and scheduler Ida responded swiftly to my initial Yelp email and politely answered all my questions. The owner, Eugene Tovbin, ordered the replacement part and did the repair. It was easy to schedule with them. The price was fair. I will use them again and highly recommend this company.

Normally I don’t write reviews, but these guys were good that I had to provide feedback. I was having issues with my AC unit that was having a humming sound, found this company on Yelp and Mike came on the same day. He realized the issue immediately no BS – very professional. The diagnosis was free. Very competitive prices on other projects I was looking to do, compared to what I got from other companies.

Comfort Air Conditioning was very responsive to my issue with my AC not cooling the house. My system was at least 23 years old and needed a replacement. Mike gave me a very fair estimate and said he could have it done the following day. The Technician removed the old system and installed the new one, including a new pad. I upgraded to the Google Nest Thermostat which he went through it with me in detail and made sure everything was working properly. The Technician was quick, clean, thorough, and respectful of our home by wearing booties inside. I am very happy with their service and the communication by the office staff Ida. Look forward to our new AC System and Thermostat.
