Glad to have Contacted Comfort AC & Heating, took about 5 minutes to reply and 5 minutes to set up the Appointment and details via Yelp, My Appt was for Today July 6th 21, and the system confirmed my appt time and date; the Technician called me 30 minutes prior to arrival, and the service was completed within 45 minutes. Received some extra needed advice, Great prompt Service

Last month my air conditioner was making a rattling noise and it wasn’t getting as cool as before when we turned it on. So I turned to Yelp to help us out and figure out what was wrong. Ida was the first to respond back to me. We were able to get someone to look at it the next day. Mike came and told us to change the air filter. It really looked like it hadn’t been changed for years! We are new home owners so we had no idea. He didn’t have the right size of filters with him so he suggested getting at Lowe’s or Home Depot. There was no charge necessary even for him coming out there and diagnosing it. Highly recommend. Will be using them again if we bump into any AC/heating problems. They were very fast in responding to my inquiry and so happy that my AC is working properly again! Thanks, Mike and Ida!

Great, honest, reliable people to work with. The whole team, Ida (customer support), Mike (estimate), and Eugene (installer) were very effortless to work with. My old AC had not been working for 3 years+, decided to get a few estimates from HVAC companies, including Costco. These guys stood out because of their response times, good communication, and trustworthiness. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I am extremely impressed with this company. My wall heater wasn’t working and it has been so freaked cold!! I requested a quote conveniently on the Yelp app and this company respond quickly and was available to come out today between 5 pm-7 pm. Not only was Mike early but he fixed our issue at no cost to us. My 5-month-old pit bull accidentally pulled some wires out of my wall heater lol regardless Mike immediately found the issue and fixed it. I now know who to call to help me in the future if another issue occurs. Thanks, Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating. I highly recommend this company in San Diego!!

Thank you Comfort Air for coming to our rescue on a holiday weekend during a heat wave! Our AC unit blew on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend and these guys came out the following morning, on time, and changed out the unit that day. I called 8 24/7 AC replacement companies on Sunday and the soonest they could get an estimator out was Tuesday?! Some not until Friday. Comfort Air responded to my request on Yelp within 30 minutes and had the appointment scheduled within the hour. (I can’t recall the woman I was chatting with, but she was super responsive) Both Mike (estimator) and Eugene (1-man crew) were on time and pleasant. Eugene is the man – he changed out the unit by himself in a little over an hour….in the heat…on a holiday. I highly recommend this company.
