They came out within 2 hours of speaking with them. Mike took great care of us and was so pleasant to our family. He was fast and efficient. We already recommended them to our friends and will only work with them in the future.

Mike was the servicing technician. He was on time, knowledgeable, and quick at troubleshooting the problem (bad cartridge fuse). The problem was corrected the same day. Would recommend Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating.

I wanted to install an air conditioner for my house for several years. I finally was able to do that this year. I contacted Comfort Air Conditioning and several other companies. Not only they were able to come and take a look at my existing central HVAC and give me a quote the same day, but also gave me the most reasonable price. I got a new A/C installed the same week and now Im enjoying this hot summer in my cool house.

I am so glad I got in touch with Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating! My AC was not blowing cold air and was just blowing air. Temperature was not lowering and I even set it to the lowest temp. I’m glad I made the right choice I called them and they set me up with an appointment the next day! Technician Michael P. (Mike) came out on time, wore a mask, and was very friendly. He was very professional, got to it with the problem, and replaced the capacitor while answering many of my questions. Super nice guy, honest and knowledgeable. It’s hard to find good company and on top good honest people. He was Very fast and efficient, saved me a lot of time and I can about the rest of my day. I highly recommend C A C & H! I own a small business, and as San Diego gets hotter, so does our space. Like many other buildings in San Diego, my space was not meant for extremely hot or cold temperatures. We have been making do with a small unit through the side of the building for air-conditioning and a couple of space heaters in the winter. Not only is this not cost-efficient, but on the really really hot days we were never cool enough. I did five estimates with five different companies. This company was by far the quickest to respond and came in the very day I contacted them. After receiving all five estimates, this company was cheaper and had a longer warranty for both parts and labor. Once I decided to go with them for my new mini split system they were at my shop within 24 hours everything was installed and we were on our way to a very comfortable workspace. So far, so happy!

Quick response during a heat wave in SoCal. Same-day service and pinpointed the problem right away. Excellent service and communication. Will use them again if a/c service is needed.
